Group Therapy

I offer virtual group therapy sessions for people who wish to go through my process (with workbook exercises) with others. There are many benefits to group, including feeling connected, inspired, and hopeful. Group therapy also has a lower cost, which is helpful for people wanting all of the benefits of therapeutic work on a stricter budget. 


Groups are typically 2 hours per week for 12 weeks.

In order to ensure everyone feels connected, seen, and heard, I limit the groups to 4-8 participants. Some groups are specific to a presenting problem (e.g. eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress), while others are open to anyone wishing to slow down internally and look within themselves to heal.
